Beautiful room, fabulous bed & shower. Great view of the castle as requested. Staff were excellent. Breakfast options were first rate.

Room was too warm and no way to cool it even with windows open. There's also a constant hum from the fans or cooling/heating system. Not sure if this is an issue with all rooms but it was for our room on 5th floor facing the castle. Not great for a light sleeper.
