Room smelled musty

The location and price were ideal but the entire facility is tired and worn down.

The fitness center equipment was old and the fitness space was uninviting. The hallway that contains the pool and fitness center entrances was covered in water from kids running from the pool to the water fountain and back. The furniture in the room was dated, worn and stained.

It was cheap.

The entire facility is outdated and run down. Everything needs a major update!

The location was nice.

The front desk clerk was rude and not knowledgeable. I had a booking problem and tried to correct it prior to arrival. Had to call booking.com. They corrected it after talking to property. Then desk clerk tried to charge me again for my stay and attempted to argue. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling so constant drip and wet spot on floor. There was not enough pillows on the bed for its size.

Rooms were clean- Breakfast was good.

Very musty smelling in the entire hotel

The staff left guests alone. The beds are beyond comfortable and we slept well. The AC works very well. Kids enjoyed roaming the property and enjoyed swimming. The lobby was great for when our family visited. The tv channels and options were good. Shampoo and conditioner was good on my hair.

The pool room is disgustingly hot. I looked forward to going swimming and getting into the hot tub but I couldn’t. I couldn’t even sit in there with them! My son has a chlorine burn on his face! The price was high for just two rooms and no fun for me as an adult. The one thing I looked forward to was the time and the hot tub. The breakfast was OK but very bland. A lot of guests were complaining. Kids had to wait for more food to be able to eat breakfast but could be because there were a lot of guests.. idk . There was crumbs on our dresser when we checked in. The windows were dirty and hard to see through. It took forever to get checked in! We sat and waited for an hour even though I had already booked and paid a week in advance.
