Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark

Stay was great, massage was even better!

I’ve never experienced a more welcoming, relaxing, and beautiful stay than my time at the Omni San Diego! The staff were truly exceptional—some of the kindest and most amazing people I’ve met throughout my business travels. I’d like to give a special thank-you to Monty, Capri, Gary, Jacob, and Jaz for making my stay absolutely unforgettable. P.S. Their Sea Bass is, without a doubt, among the best in San Diego!

The Omni is a great Hotel. The stakk is professional, intelligent, courteous and friendly. The porter was a great guy, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Beautiful property, excellent service and convenient location for business during the day and fun in the evening. Easy to walk by the water and tons of food options.

The hotel was great The massage by Tal was absolutely amazing he knew exactly what I needed. The best massage I have had in years!

Lizzie was an incredible server she really made sure the entire team was taken care of and really was attentive in everyone’s needs.

The only positive part of this hotel was the pool staff — they were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the front desk service was the worst part of our stay. We booked three rooms and upgraded to a higher category, yet all of us were placed on the 5th floor. The hot water was only warm, not hot, and uncomfortable to shower. The front desk insisted the temperature was normal and said no one had complained before, which is clearly not true when you read other guest reviews. Only when we said we would measure the water temperature did they suddenly agree to change our rooms. That response felt dishonest and reactive instead of honest and helpful. The location also did not feel safe due to many homeless people in the area. We came with a positive attitude and just wanted to enjoy our stay, but the front desk staff made us feel unwelcome and ignored. We will not return and do not recommend this hotel.

Relaxing, comfortable. Left absolutely glowing!! I have sensitive skin and he checked in often to make sure my skin was tolerating everything. Eye kind and professional.

Very great service. Accomodating and great coffee at the Fresco Cafe inside the hotel. Clean, Quiet, AMAZING views, and attentive staff.

Tal was amazing! I was here for a conference and threw my back out. I called the front desk and Tal called me within 10 minutes to get ne for an emergency session. He saved the day!
