Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark

Awesome 10/10 highly recommend! Tal does a great massage and was able to accommodate me last minute. Texting the hotel for everything makes everything quick and easy

Overall our Omni experience was great. Our room was clean and the layout is well throughout. We loved the 5 Pillows on each bed!! Each staff member (front desk, Jazz who helped us to our room, and bartenders) were helpful, caring, and considerate. But honestly, the true stand out of this hotel experience is Tal and the spa services. When my sister and i decided on the Omni for our second annual sister weekend, I called to book some spa services. Tal, who runs the spa, called me back same day and really took the time to understand what we were wanting and how best to ensure we had a stellar experience. It was the BEST massage i have ever had. The movements are so gentle and smooth, yet i could feel my tension melting away. My sister received a pregnancy massage from Erin (sp?) who is so knowledgeable in the field and really made her feel pampered. Our facial services were also incredible and my skin was still glowing and smooth 2 days later! I cannot recommend the spa services at Omni San Diego enough. Tal is beyond talented and has a true passion for the work. I cannot recommend the spa services enough!

The Omni was such a great experience. Before we checked in they reached out to check if i had any questions and helped me decorate my friend room for her bachelorette weekend. The dtaff was so friendly and super helpful. Loved the experience!

Le t me begin by mentioning all the wonderful staff at Omni San Diego Hotel At The Ballpark: JAZPER: ARRIVAL BELLMAN-Great job, Jazper! Thanks for getting me settled on my arrival day! ALYANNA: PM BARTENDER, ACE PORTER-Alyanna prepared several cocktails that I needed to take back to my room, and she did she quickly and with a drink carrier to assist. Her personality was lovely, and her professionalism was top-notch. Thank you! SILVIA: HOUSEKEEPING-The clothes pressings done so quickly! Thank you! MARC: BELLMAN--Thank you so much for all your diligence and service! AMY, NOEMI, and TERESA-BARISTAS AT FRES.CO-While it did not take all three to prepare my coffee lol, they were each helpful in every step of the process! Thank you, ladies! But last, and certainly not least...JULIUS, OMNI SELECT GUEST LOYALTY AMBASSADOR I have visited over half of the Omni hotels in the collection, JULIUS was among the very best! Thank you everyone!

We had an amazing time with our honeymoon we had the best experience with our baseball themed wedding the hotel was a knock out the park with the overall experience it provided

Professional staff, great hotel!

Without asking received a “free” upgrade from a Junior Suite to an Executive Suite. Room was bigger but the harbor view was actually train tracks and the side of our building. Which blocked the view I paid for. They sent me an email asking how I liked the room. I let them know. No reply back. And upon check out they included a $50 per night upgrade charge! What? They removed it but???? No bell person available at check in so I grabbed luggage roller and served myself. The lobby bar is not open til 4:00? Roof top bar opens at 1:00 and is nice. Room was fine. Shower doors a bit tricky with no inside handle so closing it once inside is interesting. Need to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper! And I’m 6’2”! Oh, and no airport shuttle. Great location for a Padres game, restaurants.

Staff was wonderful. Accommodating and very happy to help.

Super close to petco park, saves the hassle of looking for parking.

The TV in room 1218 does not work, the windows are incredibly dirty
