Oxford Suites Makati

Carpet and chair is evidently not clean and full of dirt stains. Also, we noticed that the pillow cases and blankets are not changed because there are also dirt stains. Also felt some itch from time to time from the bed in the middle of our sleep which makes me realize that I got bed bug bites from here during our stay. The hotel is already old and outdated which is not an issue with me at all, but I do hope that the housekeeping and the management make sure that their rooms and facilities are well and properly maintained and cleaned. Sanitation is very very important, so please make sure your guests deserve the best comfort during their stay.

Room smells, like it hasn't been occupied awhile, need to be freshen up. Bed creeks and lumpy. Tub is clog up. Not a good nite, glad we only stayed for a nite.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

For $35 dollars a night well worth staying here. This is not a hotel exactly but a condominium building with spectacular views of Manila. The elevators are fast and the service good. Right on P. Burgos street and close to all the action. it is an older building but that is a minor distraction Recommend for sure

The hotel rooms had a horrible smell in all of them. We did not stay in this hotel. We immediately left and paid for another hotel. My friend was reimbursed by Agoda because the hotel was shut down the next day.

There was bathtub, but there was not water stop and hot water was not hot enough. Therefore I could not take bath during my stay. Totally no good. Floor was dirty, need more cleaning.

I booked my sister here for her quarantine stay, but the 6days turns out to be 17days of hell .To give a better perspective, I'd site the pros and cons. Pros: Bigger rooms with Balcony, free food, with fridge, no charge for early check in , grab delivery is ok...but thats just it. Cons: -big rooms but dirty -toilet is dirty -no bidet -no free shampoo or anything not even a toilet paper -front desk takes time to answer the phone and not available 24 hrs -if you tested positive with severe symptoms, you'll die on this hotel since no one is there to help you out. -Not worth it for 2,500 per night , better book other 2-3star hotel with cheaper cost without food but better service. - as my sister would describe ti , its 17 days of hell. you'll get stressed out waiting for BOQ you'll get stressed out with this hotel. Our 60K wasted, I regret I booked here, I was under the impression that this is a good hotel since thats what the picture shows.
