The photos advertised are misleading. The first room they gave us did not look like any of the photos at all. It smelled so musty and like someone puked in there and the smell was stuck. Peeling paint on the walls, the tub was painted over so many times and it still looked bad. Only One towel in the bathroom. There were ants crawling everywhere. We complained and requested a second room. We had to pay to be upgraded. The second room was decent. But still not worth the 3 star rating it has now. Bed covers and blankets were thin. Everything was dated and not properly cleaned. We also woke up with bug bites the next day.

The staff is very helpful and very courteous. The staff provided me with excellent customer service.

To be honest, the rooms that I got is very old and has incects around the toilet, behind bed frame and curtains. I even told the FO all they say did was just apologies. The lobby was great but the rooms needs to be fully referbuished. It's basic hygiene how could you sell a room with this kind of standard? Everything looks old and and needs to change. I even took a photo to show the FO but nothings done. I would not recommend to go to this hotel. I'm sorry but please do something about the hotel

I’ve stayed here since 2015 and there have been no improvements. Still smells musty like wer old carpet. Beds are still circa 1990, flat and uncomfortable. The only thing going for the establishment is the location, the breakfast area and the bar. Staff is awesome and courteous. Facelift for the hotel?

Nightmare check in took hours First wrong class room. Then three efforts to get balcony unlocked. Never got towels until 11 at night, again 3 attempts. Ended up using a pillow case as a towel while waiting. Front desk staff making faces and no apology as I struggled through all this as though I am the problem simply requesting what I had reserved and paid for. I maintained a polite demeanor through out. Room was big and spacious and nice. Experience was soured by all this frustration. Will not go again. They offered no real apology or effort over all this.

This place is horrible to say the least. The only thing worse is the neighborhood. Really in need of a complete renovation and all new professional staff

Bedbugs, check in took almost 30 minutes. No towels, horribly dirty carpets. We had 3 rooms and would never stay there again.

At one time this property was a great deal. Now it is horrible. We had 3 separate rooms. All rooms had no towels of any kind. We had to beg to get one towel per room. There were 2 people in each room. One room had mold smell and mold in the bathroom. All rooms looked as though the carpets were...well . I would not walk barefoot anywhere in that hotel. And lastly we are pretty sure one of the rooms had bedbugs. bites on bodies that were definitely not mosquito
