Dirty Carpets. White Towels are Grey. Lack of towels after 5 requests for more. Control of parking.

Do you want towels? Too bad! Checked in and no towels in room and that became the norm while staying there. Always a struggle to get towels. For the price the hotel is okay but always fighting for towels will make me stay somewhere different next time.

I am seeking a refund for two days I did not stay there. I would have left upon seeing my room if one was available at another hotel in Makati.

Hotel is not well kept, only received one towel per guest. Lots of prostitutes enter/exit the hotel, carpet is dirty all around and smells.

The Oxford had its day. 20 years ago it was the jewel of Makati. Unfortunately, neglect and owner apathy have allowed the facilities to decay to the point that the hotel is apologizing over having a lack of staff. Not being able to have rooms ready for waiting guests for 3 hours, linen not changed, must and mildew in hallways and lack of hot water in some rooms. The STAFF: they remain the one jewel left in the Oxford's crown, but are left to bail the ocean with a fork. I wish them better. I am sad to have to move to new hotels after years of happy memories from my youth, It was a great place.

The carpet in the room was filthy. Never had towels in the room.

The check in was horrible and the stay was even worse. No towels and we were told we cant get any until 5 pm. On top of that there was a used condom in the bathroom and took them 2 hours to send someone to remove it. The floors are very dirty, i was there for 4 nights and never heard a vacuum cleaner once. People should not stay here for health and sanitary reasons. I would advise expedia to re-evaluate being affiliated with this establishment.

This is by far the worst place I've stayed and I have stayed at $6/night hostels. This place is despicable. The service is poor and the rooms were nasty. They didn't provide me a towel because they said there was a shortage of towels. How a hotel does not have at least 1 towel per room is beyond me. Multiple people I spoke with that were staying there relayed the same issues. One guy told me his AC was broken for 3 days and they did nothing to try to fix it while he was there. I don't exactly have high standards (again, I've been staying at $6/night hostels most of my trip) but this place was disgusting. Thankfully, I was only booked for one night, otherwise I would have switched hotels. I checked in at 3pm and checked out at 3am. I preferred to stay at the Manila airport for 6 extra hours rather than sleep in my room.
