"Exceptional"

Great staff there. Have stayed here a few times and usually get upgraded, which equals a huge spacious room. Breakfast buffet is decent with a cook there doing omelettes or eggs to your liking. Fantastic security too. Always verifying people who are visiting guests. Colourful neighbourhood and a great restaurant across the street. The Filling Station

Hot water was not working, towels were not provided until 8PM on day of check-in, bathroom was not completely clean, stains on the top sheet.

"Disgusting place, full of bugs!!!"

The hotel should get an reward on being the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in... They initially placed me in a smoking room, when I specifically told them that I want a non-smoking room, then they've transferred me to another room, the room had a horrible smell, and had insects all over the place, I asked for another room, they have transferred me to another room with the same situation, ants, spiders, bugs, all over the place, Hotels.com refused to compensate me for my stay, even though I have videos, prove of insects all over my bad.

I am totally disgusted about the buffet breakfast being gone Also they decided to shampoo the carpet in my room the day I was leaving. It was pretty dirty
