Room size was great. Badly in need of aface lift. Carpet needs replacement, , upgrade furniture or make repairs to furniture. Room smells . Hall way needs replacement. Saw lots of roaches. Was disappointed

Quite good and maybe preferred to Durban hotel almost next door because of the big room. Large room and bathroom makes life much easier when coming straight for another hotel that there was no room to open your leave your bag open somewhere. Corridors maybe a bit tired but inside your big room is very comfortable. Tv could have been bigger and needs a new remote because we couldn't turn it on. Maintenance came immediately and said it was the batteries but i couldn't turn it off easily after that either. Power button worn out. No bacon with the included breakfast buffet but some may like it. Its ok. Good rooms.

The friendly and helpful staff. It was on the corner of the infamous Burgos street. Lots of night life and eateries around.

"My review in that hotel. I will not suggest a frie"

Everything needs to be be fixed if that hotel. Air conditioning is not working very well and I had to change the room and the next room the water heater is not working so I have to Chang the room twice. I don't think I will stay in that hotel anymore and I will not prefer that hotel to a friend.

"Number 1 in Makati "

Enjoy this hotel. Good location and have always been treated well here. Staff are terrific and you will have a difficult time finding better. Have stayed here on numerous occasions and will stay in the future

I’m very disappointed, the fact that it was my second time and I’m a returning customers because the first one really did impressed me, but I cannot believe what I’ve experienced this time...it’s worts among all worst! I’m sorry but I’m just saying the truth...also mice in the room are totally not acceptable and you have to call for cleaning? really? Staff are rude specially the manager on duty...I cannot believe it, I move to Hilton because of what I experienced...so sorry just being honest
