Overall the hotel was very nice will kept.

Self parking situation. Check out staff member got up and walked off when I approached the front desk to check out. He did not acknowledge me after making eye contact and walked to the office in the back. I had to knock on the door for him come out all the while he said to me "I was coming back." I responded to him but you seen me walking up and you did not say anything. No manners at all.

Loved the jacuzzi tub and staff were very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. Location was great, easily reached shopping and restaurants.

Wished that the paid breakfast was mentioned before going downstairs. Even on the app I couldn’t find any mention of there being a fee. Also physical room keys wouldn’t work.

Location of the hotel was wonderful. It was within walking distance to everything.

The parking was less than favorable. The front desk clerk at check in yarned in my face when I walked up to the counter and could not seem to shake it. She offered no information other then my room number. The front desk clerk at check out was wonderful.

How close it was to everything

The wallpaper coming off in the bathroom and the enclosed smell like the room needed to be aired out the couch chair had stains on it

Location and staff was very nice and helpful.

Cleanliness. For example, the coffee maker was dusty. The grout in the shower. The lotion pump was old and crusty on the end. So, it did look overall clean by first appearance. Those type of details leave an impress of a lack of thoroughnees in the end. Which for me as a customer makes me feel uncomfortable regarding sanitary issue. I actually had two rooms.

Terrel was a phenomenal chef. The omelette was amazing. And Ms Stacey is so professional at what she does. Always a good time in this place when I come for business
