Awesome! I needed help and I got it. I booked the wrong hotel and the lady at the frontdesk really helped me

Our check in was longer than expected due to someone unchecking in having issues BUT Ivenia, who was taking care of check in was a trooper. She was calm, patient, and reassuring to the person having issues. Ivenia was very apologetic for the delay. There was nothing she could have done to make it any different. Sometimes we all just need to have patience and help those who need it the most. I applaud her demeanor and dedication to get the situation resolved and those of us who were waiting checked into our rooms. This is a wonderful employee who deserves a gold star for the day.

The desk agent who was named Ivania was extremely friendly and professional. She went above and beyond looking up my Honors number and wrote it down for me.

I’ve had a great experience here at this newly renovated hotel. I’ve is has taken really good care of my stay. I stay over 50 nights a year at Hilton properties and this is one of the best.

Great customer service from Casanova at the front desk and Ivenia the front office supervisor. Room #717 is newly renovated and very clean.

They are doing renovations somewhere on the building so not as quite as it has been in the past sadly enough

The front desk employee Ivenie was servicing another guest but since the guest was not ready to proceed she attended to check me in immediately with no delays assessing the other available desktop. Clean and tidy environment.

Ivenia was a delight; very welcoming and attentive. It is evident that she enjoys hospitality and takes pride in the service she provides.

Ivenia is an absolute delight. She was very accommodating and we plan to make another visit to this hotel again. The hotel is being renovated and appears to be almost brand new.
