Perfect location. Brilliant helpful friendly reception staff.

No aircon in the bedroom. 34 degrees when we were there. Not their fault but aircon is a pretty basic thing.

Super tolle Lage, man ist mitten drin in der Altstadt mit allem drum und dran. Wir hatten Schlafzimmer in Richtung Friedhof, also Nachts absolute Ruhe.

Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage, es war sehr heiß.

L’emplacement et la chambre

Le petit déjeuné était quasiment inexistant. Alors que prévu dans la prestation. Un thé et un tout petit croissant en tout et pour tout. Ne correspond absolument pas à la catégorie de l’hôtel.

Perfect location for our planned trip to Salzburg and a quaint hotel on the pedestrian streets near the river and across from the old town. Excellent location as a base to the delights of Salzburg and plenty of restaurant and bars options on the street of the hotel. A nice 5 euro reduction for not asking for room cleaning for up to 2 days, saving laundry changes as a green initiative. There was a nice outdoor balcony area, we didn't use, but was there is we wanted to sit out quietly.

Breakfast was confusing, made clear on check-in as an honesty system and a huge issue on check out as breakfast was to be requested in advance and paid as a set price. We didn't care which system they wanted to use but caused a long debate to resolve the final billing. No air conditioning and it was in the 30's during our stay. There was a tower fan that needs replacing, old and vibrating.

Sehr zentrale Lage, dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr schönes historisches Gebäude. Günstiges einfaches Frühstück (Croissants mit Schinken und Marmelade und Kaffee) zu einem fairen Preis. Sehr schönes, geräumiges Bad.

The location is excellent. The hotel Is great, clean and stylishly decorated. It has a good security system operated by room keys

This hotel could have a higher rating if it sorted out the breakfast . Guests can have one croissant and if you want another you have to pay, not only that but you are expected to record your items on an “honesty” slip. It would be better to either reduce the price a bit and not offer breakfast, or charge some more but put on a decent amount. And get rid of paper slips to record_we are on holiday
