Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites-North East by IHG

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express from 3/14/25 - 3/18/25, during our stay on 3/15/25 there was no hot water and on 3/17/25 there was no water at all. We made the front desk aware of the issues immediately but when trying to speak to the hotel GM he was never available, I'm not sure how this hotel stays in operation when their GM is absent and does not care.

The property looked new to my husband and I. It had been renovated and was lovely. Staff very attentive and helpful. We arrived late and picked up some food before we arrived bit no utensils/napkins. Went downstairs where free tea was available and looked around and staff fixed me up with paper plates and everything. The only complaint I have is with the 3rd party I booked with. This is the 2nd time I have booked and not received an email confirmation. When I call the 3rd party, they can't confirm the reservation because they can't find the reservation #, who I booked with and ask me to contact my bank CRCD or hotel to confirm reservation although my credit card was charged. Again, this is no reflection on HIE but concerning to their customers and their business.

I was in a newly renovated room, and that is an improvement over the older rooms. Spacious. Well laid out. Comfy bed and linens.

Room was spacious and clean. Service was professional and courteous.
