I loved everything about it

Resort was fine, room was nice, a few things outside needed to be painted or repaired but January was not the time. So why the average review? The rating is because it is a timeshare and Wyndham lies constantly to get you to go to an “update”. This was one of the worst; Dave was ok but the second person that came over with the offer (as the required time expired) was rude, offensive, commented on our finances, refused to give us the requested information and threw the paperwork down. It was reported to Wyndham and they were going to follow up but that too was a lie.

The resort is beautiful and our room was lovely. Everything was clean and no bugs were found. We were upgraded to building #1. My 5 star rating is based on the condition of the property and our villa. Please note... If I had to rate the timeshare lobby crew, which are completely unavoidable because they make you go to them to get your handy dandy "wristband to get into your room, gym, indoor pools etc...", I would give them "zero" stars. Here's why: Just as many have stated in previous reviews, the timeshare people are relentless! They harass you every morning around 10am, calling your villa to supposedly see if you need anything like coffee for several days. This practice needs to stop considering we were not there on a timeshare viewing reservation. We made it clear at check in, we were not interested but they held us up and insisted on harassing us for almost 30 minutes. There new ploy is giving you your gift up front, then you can come to the 90 minute timeshare viewing and "use a stopwatch and leave after your time is up". This is a ruthless crew. Avoid the lobby area during your stay, unless you want to be called out by them.

It was perfect for our golf trip golf courses all around us.

The room was amazing the view of the ocean from the balcony was breath taking and the staff was so polite and helpful
