I loved the friendly staff and the clean rooms

It was quite a distance from many of the restaurants and attractions that we attended.

We stayed here for two weeks in January/February 2026 during back-to-back weekend snow/ice events. It was cold. We had a two-bedroom unit on floor 6 of Tower 4. We had nice but blocked beach views. These units are not made for cold weather, as we had snow blowing in through the entry door and cold air rushing from the entry door and the balcony door into the living room. The property did a good job of keeping things cleaned up and safe. Our unit was quite comfortable for sleeping and cooking. The walls are thin, and we can't imagine how loud it could be during more popular times. There are a few property activities. The business center was great for our needs. On site restaurant was okay, and it does have Starbucks. Despite being called 6 times to take a tour (we stayed via AFVC and were not interested), the staff were helpful when needed. We could stay here again, though we might try a different property next time. Location was good for beach and fair for restaurants. However, if you like to Shag (dance), this is the location for you.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the room we got for the price we paid. I think the value of it was extremely worth it.

I wish they had a better on site restaurant, although it was quite good. It just wasnt something to write home about.

Pools and hot tubs needed to be cleaned. Hot tubs were not really warm

One issue about the entire experience. Wyndham gives you a voucher for a cruise....from gocrv.......... This is a scam. They required a deposit and then NO ONE answers or returns your call to arrange travel. SO avoid the hook of a free cruise it is 100% bait and switch to get you to attend a meeting. Hotel itself was great!!

Had a wonderful time here but I have to give a huge shout out to Keith B in engineering who was most helpful in assisting us with a few issues in the room. The room had no hot water or so we thought so, he taught us a trick turn on the jacuzzi tub first before the shower and it worked. I guess because it was so cold outside the hot water took awhile to heat up especially in the shower. He also helped us with installing our firestick on the tv, it was too close to the wall therefore we needed his help to take the tv off the wall to get to the usb ports on the tv. Thanks again Keith! You went above and beyond for us!
