Hilton Garden Inn Hartford South/Glastonbury

The location is good and the staff very kind.

The rooms are quite dated and could do with refurbishment. Cleanliness was acceptable but not great, and the lighting in the rooms was rather poor. The fridge made a constant noise, which was a bit annoying at night. Overall, the stay was average.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The pool is nice!

An average hotel, nothing special but grossly overpriced. One k cup of regular coffee and one of decaf, breakfast was $26.90, all for a $289.00 room. Would not recommend.

I met some of the most unbelievable women staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel… The woman who tended the bar on the evening of 09/19 I think her name was either Katy or maybe Kathy and a woman who was working the front desk on the evening of 09/20… Being with them, talking with them was like Being at home…..Just wonderful Women

Just what we needed staff was great and the bed were comfortable.

Expensive for what it is. Tissue paper box was empty, body lotion container was falling off of the wall.

easy check in. very accommodating with my dogs (with a fee). quiet location and rooms
