Got charged for breakfast that I already payed for when I booked

We enjoyed a King Suite with separate bedroom. Fantastic! Excellent staff from front desk to kitchen & bar & excellent service on 6th floor.

Front desk staff not dressed appropriately Carpets seemed dirty Check out time great Buffet breakfast was fine

Great staff

After our Wethersfield disaster we drove right to the Glastonbury Hilton Garden. I registered at about 10:30am. The staff was excellent. I asked if we could get into the room early and was told you can have access to your room right now. Which we did and had a great stay

I did not appreciate that we were provided with 2 bottles of water that we were told that we would have to pay for if we drank them. If we were silver, gold or platinum members we would have been provided them for free. We were "blue" members so the water was not complimentary. When we stay at comparable Marriott properties, the 2 bottles of water in the room are complimentary.

Very welcoming staff. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too.

The front desk and bar staff were amazing! They were very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was great but the room could use some updating. The floor felt damp for some reason and it was a bit musty. The bedspreads looked old and worn which gave it a feeling of being dirty. There's rust in the tub I thought could be updated as well. It was clean for sure but definitely could use some updates. Also the sign on the building is broken so it's not a good look for the property. Also my colleague said there was drilling going on next to her at 7am.
