It did not feel like a 5 star resort. Employees say yes to all request and don’t actually get the request done. The restaurants need more food options. Overall service was low quality

The level of service is excellent from top management to line staffers. Someone like Carlo Brentel really makes a big difference as compared to other 5-Star hotels that I stayed previously. The only small minor thing that I didn’t like about this hotel is the beaches are kinda rocky in low tide. Other than that, my family was very well pleased with the stay.
