I have stayed at Four Seasons, Ritz, St Regis and other nice properties. I am a club member at another Four Seasons property. But this is the best service I have ever received. I think this comes from the fact that this property is really well managed, and the spirit of the Costa Rican people is unmatched. I will be back. Suspect it will somehow be even better.

The people are so friendly and helpful. The hotel anticipates your every need. On-site laundry machines are a nice touch. They even have staff available to remove any jungle critters that may sneak into the room.

Excellent service, the food was outstanding. I fell in love with the beaches, the water was clear and the temperature was pleasing. The hotel itself (rooms, pool, etc) is not that different to other properties, but everything gets executed with attention to detail and striving for perfection. Finally, the music selection was absolutely awesome: chill, relaxing. Costa Rica has many great hotels, but sometimes the music is annoying. The Four Seasons has the best taste in music ever.
