Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port

It was within walking distance of so many stores, and restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room. I stayed two nights, both nights I had different rooms. I thought maybe it was just one room and let it go because the staff was all wonderful and very accommodating..but seeing the second room I realized the rooms are just not cleaned properly at all. Our bathroom was flooded due to showering and the shower floor is the same level as the bathroom floor, so the whole bathroom was flooded due to the three of us showering. I actually slipped and fell due to this issue.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant

Hotel was much smaller with less amenities than I expected based on photos, especially given the price point

Nice staff and comfortable bed.

It was freezing cold in the room snd I couldn't adjust thermostat.

Appearance

We were told hotel shuttle would transport from airport to hotel. Couldn’t get live person at hotel To req shuttle, we had to pay a $30 taxi fee. We were told Mgr. would credit $30 back to our credit card-still waiting… No hot water 1 of 2 remotes didn’t work Temp was set on 65, but room was 81 TERRIBLE!!!

Be aware that this Hilton charges for the breakfast buffet without telling you until you sit down with your plate, the price is 14.99 for the same breakfast fare you get everywhere else for free.
