We always stay at Hotel 224 because of the location. It is near all the major hospitals and very easy to travel from the hotel and hospital. The room service makes it even more convenient for the times my husband comes out of hospital, and we stay over to rest before travelling home. The food is priced very very good and prepared flawlessly. I often sit outside area at the bar with work and the service is excellent without disturbing me while I work.

I loved everything about the property. the food, the staff everything was just smooth. I will definitely go again and spend some nights there with my family.

I’m feel safe and the staff are so friendly I did my laundry at 01:00 am the service is 24hrs I slept well and the place is near town and Hatfield etc

It is always good to travel to Pretoria knowing that there is Hotel 22, you will never go wrong with their service and the breakfast including the friendly staff

Excellent Service and friendly staff. The aircons and shower was in good condition. The staff on duty was friendly and made our visit more nicer.

Please provide parking for check-ins. The window in my room did not have burglar guards and was opening wide; it's only a security concern. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean. I will come back.

Happy with my stay. Check in was easy, it was central to my trips. Didn’t struggle to locate it. Only issue is soundproofing in the rooms, noise in neighbourings rooms could be heard.

I checked in and the room given was very very dirty, bedding were dirty and torn, the was no hot water in the apartment. I was told the cleaning staff knocked off so I have to sleep in a dirty place as I have no other choice.

It is good and needs new generations on the reception who goes with technology not older people of are not advance with technology because it becomes a struggle where clients take longer on the que for something that can be resolved within a 2 minutes.
