When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink—always a good sign. The check-in process was seamless, and within minutes, I was in my room admiring the tasteful decor and the kind of bed that practically begged me to cancel my plans and nap. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in a central location. The Hotel staff were Top-notch. Genuinely helpful without being intrusive. Overall, this hotel nails that rare style, substance, and service combo. I’ll be back—hopefully with more time to enjoy.

the staff is hospitable, and the hotel is clean.. the food is great too. i would love for the rooms to be enlarged a bit because i feel they are tiny but they are so clean and refreshing. the only downside for me is the parking lot: too little with few parking spots and even those spots are too little.

The stay with 224hotel is perfect, they even have gym inside premises 🥰💃🏽 , I enjoy the stay , I’m looking forward to be their guest again

The rooms are clean.security us guaranteef from gate to the lift( from main gate access is gained through the use of room access cards. In the lifts, you can go to the choosen floor through the room cards)

Nothing bad about the hotel apart from the size room being so cramped

Have a curfew in place for people to stop partying at 10h00, do not allow any alcohol on the premises that is not bought from the establishment especially for government groups

The stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too. Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too. It's my wish that the Hotel convey my thanks and appreciations to them all.

The place is clean and neat. They serve the best breakfast and the bar is a perfect spot to hang out with friends.

To long waiting time at the reception no place to sit and wait. Make sure appliances in the room is working.
