Stayed over night -Clean No issues

i have pictures of blood in the sh eye, hair on the mattress, sorry counter and shower. i am disappointed.

It was so nasty when we got to the first room Someone was still in it. There was food all on the counter and pots and pans with food in it. The whole hallway smell like rotten meat so we went back downstairs got a another room went into that room that room was dirty. There was hair all in the bed. There was sticky stuff on the floor and again the room smelled awful, but I will say the front desk lady was very nice and was able to get me my money back so I really do appreciate that.

Refused request for an extra blanket, no toliet paper in bath, 2 lights did not work.

When on business in the valley this is the only hotel that I stay at . Jason and his staff are great at what they do, ensuring that guest are comfortable and going above and beyond to meet all the accommodation needs. I look forward to my next trip here .

Smelled like pot- I declined to stay once I got inside to the front desk and was told to use the bathroom down the road at Hardy’s because check in was 3pm and the time was 2:30pm. I never saw the room.
