Extended Stay America Suites - Lynchburg - University Blvd

The room had a kitchenette that was not deep cleaned. The front desk staff told us that the room had been inspected due to their high cleaning standards. I had an allergic reaction due to animal (cat) hair in the room. The bathroom fan was broken and would rattle every time you turned it on and they was always a weird lingering damp smell to the room. If you wanted to the kitchenette, you would have to ask to be put on a waitlist for the use of pots, pans, or utensils.

Will stay again no problem Good place to stay on always good food in the area and good people. Will stay again no problem We go here multiple times a year because we have family and friends in Lynchburg and surrounding areas so like I said we will be back thanks for the great stay

The floor was not as clean as I like. The furniture was old and rather dingy.

The location

There was no one to greet you. They had a sign that we don't stay at desk because we may be helping a guest. Use the lobby phone and dial 0. It took a while for her to come to desk. I made the reservation enroute after 5:00. Got there about a hour later and she commented that she didn't have to honor the room because it was past a certain time. Did not feel welcomed. No cart for our luggage, plus no one would be there during night in case of emergency. We should call 911 if medical needed but then call 0 because the entrance door would be locked. Just bad vibes. No coffee pot in room, no drinking glass to take meds.

Great place to stay and shelly the assistant manager is awesome and very pleasant and professional and over all great customer service, thr rooms were very clean!!! Will definitely be staying again when I come back thru there!! Very affordable as well
