Excellent hotel, location and staff. Daniele (one of the concierge) was great, he arranged everything we wanted with great detail and we couldn't be happier. We had a wonderful stay here and felt very welcomed & cared for.

Superb location and very professional staff, Daniele at the concierge desk was amazing in welcoming us and explaining everything about the area and recommended some great excursions, the yacht experience was by far the most memorable. Would definitely return.

5 stars awarded for wonderful location, memorable views, welcoming attitude, attentive outstanding client focus & service, rooms and quality of breakfast. Nothing is a problem for team serving its guests. Delighted to be upgraded to a suite. 4 stars for restaurant lunch & dinner.. good quality I judge to be over priced.

The hotel is beautiful with excellent sea views. We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely and very well serviced. Breakfast was 5 star with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Dinner too was delicious. Staff were fantastic - always going the extra mile to make the stay memorable. A special mention to Sonja at reception, Luisa and Inez at the restaurant - who were outstanding!! A very big Thank You for those personal touches. Highly recommend the hotel.

We spent three nights at the Atlantis Bay Hotel in October. Having previously stayed at the Grand Hotel Minareto, our expectations were very high. However, we can confirm that they were fully met. The hotel's location is perfect. It's in a beautiful bay and only a short walk from the cable car that goes to Taormina. The staff, whether at reception, in the restaurants, or housekeeping, were always very friendly and professional. I would particularly like to highlight the phenomenal breakfast and also the restaurant where we had lunch. The food was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return again.

The staff is not what makes this place so special, the setting is spectacular too. Our thanks to David, Grace (amigo mío), Salvo, Salvatore; Lorenzo, Francesca, Luisa, Guila, Guiseppe and Walter; and many more…kudos to Michele Noce for running such an excellent operation. We will be back with pleasure.
