Atlantis Bay - The Leading Hotels of the World

The hotel was beautiful. Food was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely balcony view. A separate restaurant for dinner with more ambience, romance would be a great addition.

We stayed for a week in early September and of the things that made our holiday was Antonio who worked at Kori lunch restaurant at the hotel. He always made us feel so welcome and always took time to chat. He was from Naples near where my wife is from so they got on well and always chatted. He as lovely and made that restaurant without doubt

An amazing stay all around! Location was beautiful- a quiet oasis on the water with private access to the ocean and pool. Very close to town with an easy 5-10 minute walk to the cable car that brings you up to the main town. The room was extremely comfortable with a nice ocean view terrace. When my husband got sick, the staff were very helpful to get a doctor directly to our room. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Taormina and it was the highlight of our trip around Italy (and probably ever)!

The hotel is amazing! What a beautiful stay we had. The views from all rooms are beautiful and the the private pool / beach area is stunning

The only thing I would say is a slight negative is the service charge Upon check out. Although you can opt out of paying this or pay what you want, the hotels suggestion is very high.

Wonderfull Experience the staff at the Front desk specially the Concierge Giulia and the Receptionist Federica were really great to provide me assistance during my whole stay with restaurant and tour reservations. Also the Front office Manager at the check-in gave me a free upgrade in renovated Junior Suite sea view. Thanks a lot ...we will come back for sure

Hotel was beautiful service was unparalleled

This resort is spectacular!! The staff at Atlantis Bay went above and beyond to make our stay special. Just 5 star all around from Melissa, the General Manager, the front desk reception to Daniele the concierge, Andrea and Paolo behind the bar at Kori, the beach attendants and of course all the staff at the complimentary buffet breakfast which is amazing…by the way! Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like family. Overall, Atlantis Bay Resort is a true gem in Taormina. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this place has it all. This resort exceeded all expectations and we cannot wait to have the opportunity return ASAP!! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis Bay in Taormina. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A very special thanks to Sonia, who went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. She was always pleasant, always smiling, and her reassuring words—“No problem, I’ll take care of it”—made everything effortless. Her professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our experience.
