The dust on the wardrobe and the cups were dirty. The shower gel container was empty. But the staff at reception was excellent and gave me a refill container of a shower gel.

Staff were friendly, and the check-in was quick and simple. The location was great and ideal for where I needed to be. The bed was clean and comfortable. Had what you needed TV, kettle tea, coffee, milk, hairdryer, towels, etc....... comfy and warm. The room rate was quite reasonable. All in all, i had a comfortable stay and a decent night's sleep. What more can you ask for.

The only thing I did find was abit of dust on top of the wardrobe, the shower curtain could ideally do with being replaced and the room looked dated. And I found the bath to be slightly smaller than expected but that's personal preference and there is a shower over the bath to make up for that.
