Very comfortable bed. Staff were very nice. When I reported that the tv in my room was broken, a staff member came to have a look and replaced it.

The location was great

It stated free parking when we booked but we had to pay £10 for the 2 days when we arrived. The room wasn't very clean with the floor being quite sticky. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable (we were laying on springs). We could not use cash in the bar (not too much of an issue but we had brought cash with us to use at the exhibition that we were visiting, hence the stay at the hotel). The beer pumps were not working so no draught beer at all, there was no gravy for 2 days although there was an Asda across the road, and considering we were in Yorkshire, we were going to try the famous chips n gravy but obviously couldn't . The guests below us were constantly smoking marijuana which made our room stink of it and there was music blaring loudly from somewhere until nearly 11pm, so we couldnt get an early night like we needed for our 5am departure for the long drive home. We did complain and were offered a refund of £8 odds, this did not even cover the parking charge, so all in all it was a very disappointing stay here. I would definitely not recommend it. The only positive thing was the location. We were visiting the Dome for 2 days and the hotel is practically on the doorstep, but in hindsight, I would rather have booked somewhere a fit farther away and had a decent stay somewhere.

The room was clean and tidy, very dated but comfortable. had a good nights sleep. the reception staff all lovely. The outside could do with a good clean though and general tidy up.
