Hotel SLC

Gostei do acolhimento, achei o hotel muito limpo, equipe muito educada e gentil. Um bom café da manhã. Quarto claro.

Tivemos uma falta d'água no hotel que foi avisada com antecedência e que seria das 09h até às 12h mas já eram 14h e a água não havia voltado e tivemos que nos lavar com agua mineral para sair pois tínhamos compromisso. Salvo esse fato, o hotel superou nossas expectativas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was also comfy.

Constant construction and debris all over the hallways. The free breakfast was incredibly minimal. There were incredibly loud guests upstairs partying all hours of the night. There wasn’t even a mini fridge in the room to store any sort of food or leftovers.

I really didn't like the amount of construction being done during my stay. I was told ahead of time of "some" construction before we arrived but was shocked by the amount of noise from the workers above us. Construction was on the third floor, and the workers had the rooms on the first floor.Plus the pool, spa, and work out room were unavailable due to the construction/

The refreshment station was nice, especially because we arrived in the afternoon. It was nice being able to have a cup of tea! The breakfast was adequate. The rooms were of a good size for the price.

Several of our family members were uncomfortable; they were afraid of bugs in the beds. Lots of noise due to the renovation.
