El convento era muy lindo , es desayuno y su atención tb muy buenos

La atención en Recepción … sin un verdadero Consierge, y no estaban ha hacer cosas por ti , solo te explicaban cómo o dónde, pero no te organizaban nada ni conseguían reservas..

Très bel établissement avec des chambres très bien aménagées. Lits confortables, salle de bain parfaitement équipées, le tout dans un cadre enchanteur accompagné d'un personnel au petit compétent.

Chambre remise tardivement, quelques détails à améliorer au niveau du suivi des demandes du client pour être vraiment au top d'un 5 étoiles.

Excellent staff service

As a platinum member I was hoping for an upgrade but none was provided so the only downside. Other than that a decent hotel with good service and a nice breakfast. I would stay again without hesitation.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my current stay in Room 006, located in the courtyard area. While the room offered the charming 16th-century character described, the experience was severely impacted by the wedding event immediately adjacent to guest accommodations. As I was escorted to my room, I noticed the wedding event. Knowing that the wedding is an important event for the couple, I went to check-in desk for inquiry. I was informed that the wedding would conclude by 10:30 p.m. I stayed out until past 11:00p.m. but the event continued well past that time, making it impossible to rest. When I approached the front desk, I found other guests raising similar complaints. We were repeatedly told the event would end “soon,” but those assurances proved untrue. Adding to the frustration, there was no manager on site to handle the situation or provide any meaningful assistance. The lack of communication and oversight on a Saturday without senior manager on duty is unacceptable. The front desk staff said manager will be available on Monday morning. It is deeply concerning that guest rooms were allocated in the same area as an active wedding venue. This demonstrates poor planning and disregard for the comfort of paying guests. Events of this nature should never be booked in a way that directly affects overnight guests. As a Lifetime Platinum Member, I hold Autograph brand to a high standard of professionalism, transparency, and guest care. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of those expectations. I request a formal response detailing how this situation will be addressed and what measures will be implemented to prevent similar issues in the future. I also hope other guests aren’t impacted by similar issues.
