Riviera Beach Resort

The beach was beautiful and family friendly. Loved the umbrellas available on the beach.

The check-in was ok. The staff was slightly rude. Food was so over priced at the cafe.

This hotel is in the perfect spot. You step out and you’re on the beach. There’s also a nice lawn on the side and a beautiful pool. There’s plenty to entertain children in the side yard, and the pool area when they’re not on the beach. During the regular season there’s a restaurant. Our room was on the second floor by request and we had a nice porch to sit and watch the ocean. Our room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It’s late in the season so it was chilly outside, but we had nice heat in the room when needed. There was a small refrigerator they say is for bottles, not food, and no microwave. There’s plenty of free parking and stores and restaurants just minutes away. We will be back but will request a first floor room because the stairs are steep, and there’s no elevator, and we are not getting any younger.

The staff was very helpful, room was clean, pool and hot tub were wonderful but the best part was the ocean view and location was right on the beach.

It was right on the beach. Beach bar.

You had to walk to the next resort for the restaurant.

Attached is a picture of the mold we found in the room. Unfortunately, one of our guests became ill with mold-related symptoms after staying just one night. This is unacceptable for a place meant to provide safe accommodations. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses the mold problem immediately to protect future guests.
