very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as was the woman running the room. Very small room, unairconditioned, window didn't open.

The room was bigger than I anticipated. Front desk staff very helpful. If there was an option not to have towels changed daily for eco reasons I would have chosen this.

We love this hotel. The location is perfect and quiet. One block from Lake Zurich, the lake promenade, and pretty much all the sites including old town. Clean, great breakfast, lots of restaurants to choose from and a very friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, the room was bright and spacious. Had everything we needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

"Simple hotel, good location and friendly staff."

Very good location, super friendly staff. Small room, but given we were for only two days in Zurich it was not a problem. Simple continental breakfast, but ok. Good hotel for a short stay.
