Great location. Friendly staff who are fluent in English. The room was extremely comfortable. Dinner was over-priced but good. The ambiance in the hotel and restaurant was lovely.

Great location and very convenient to get to the old section of the city.

Overpriced. Noisy due to hardwood floors with insufficient carpets (only one very thin carpet that presented a falling hazard rather than buffering against noise. Could hear foot steps above constantly and poor noise insulation.

Such a super nice hotel in a really nice part of town, near the opera and art galleries and a Mercedes showroom across the corner. Employees were beyond friendly and helpful and gracious. Very classy but real and comfortable hotel. I loved it

Nice area, convenient to transportation, great breakfast. No swimming pool or airport shuttle as described on the website. There is a swimming area down the street in the lake and the hotel has 2 tickets they will give you to enter. I Called in advance for the shuttle and they said there was none, so I took the S16 to Stadlhofen then walk 1 street to Opernhaus take the T4 1 stop to Kreuzstrasse the hotel is about a block away. Otherwise nice stay, I would stay here gain. Very convenient to the opera house. Friendly staff. Easy to get to the old town. If they offer a free zurich card on a long weekend that would be a great deal.

No air conditioning and room was very hot. Room 47 had a dangerous shower and I slipped, a tile step up, a step down and a shiny floor on shower. No shower mat. I hit my head on step as I slid backwards. 3 weeks later I have been in and out of hospitals with bleeding on my brain. Nobody on duty after 11 p.m. as I single I was provided with only one hand and one bath towel. Had I had more towels I might have avoided falling and hitting my head

Beautiful, relaxed small hotel. It was a hot day, kept windows open, some street noise (Friday night) but overall an enjoyable stay with excellent breakfast.

Loved the hotel but my room was very hot and was unable to sleep in the heat.
