THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CENTRAL TEMPERATURES IN THE HIGH TWENTIES, LOW THIRTIES AND NO AIRCONDITIONING. SLEEPING WITH THE WINDOW OPEN WAS NOISY

Wonderful room, kind reception representatives (we dealt with three and all were very nice), delicious breakfast and the restaurant in the evening was fantastic. The air conditioning doesn’t really work however so we were better off just leaving the windows open. Bed was very comfortable as was the convertible couch.

The hotel is great and complimentary breakfast was great too. There was no AC in the room but it wasn't that warm when we were there, but we did have to sleep with the windows open and they provide a fan.

It was a very nice hotel in a good suburban location, convenient for public transport and the lake shore. Staff were great and the breakfasts sumptuous, more than enough to satisfy. My only issue was that i arrived after midnight because my flight had been severely delayed and had no way to contact the hotel. So I was unable to get in, i range the night bell but to no avail, after 30 minutes (which felt like hours) I was saved only by a hotel staff member passing by, walking home after an evening out. She contacted on one her colleagues who gave me the entry instructions. Had it not been for her I would have been in deep trouble and writing a very different review. Based on this experience the hotel should make clear its entry arrangement for late arrivals to avoid a repetition of this. I had an attic room, it was not so hot outside but quite humid after a major thunderstorm, but the room was very stuffy even in spite of an open window; the fan provided was too noisy. It was vortunate that there was little traffic noise. The hotel needs to think about ways to keep heat and humidity down in the summer months.

Nice hotel, friendly staff

Always a favorite hotel for when I stay in Zurich! Great staff, comfortable and stylish accomodations, and wonderful food. Not to mention the prime location near the lake of Zurich and a short walk from the train station and old town!

For me one of the best places in Zurich for value/quality

Good location in a quite part of the city with easy access to a train station and trams into the city. There is a train direct from the airport, - number S16. Very helpful staff A wonderful fresh breakfast - probably the best continental breakfast we have ever had. The bed, duvet and pillows were very comfortable.

Very happy with all aspects of my stay. The staff enjoy being in the hospitality business and it shows. Looking forward to my next stay.

the breakfast was delicious. id definitely stay here again. close to the rail and centre of town.
