"It was pleasant"

Rooms spacey and very clean. The extra bed was very big and spacious. All amenities required were available (except microwave). The front desk personnel were very helpful! The light situation and no hot water on the second floor was a bit unpleasant. The lobby was crowded due to the restaurant.

"Mold, Sewage Smell, Broken Stars - No $800 Refund Given!!"

This experience left us both shocked and frustrated. We arrived with our 6-month-old and 4-year-old only to find our rooms completely unacceptable: mold on the walls, a strong sewage odor, and broken stairs that were unsafe to climb. It was a clear health hazard, and we had no choice but to leave immediately — we never spent a single night. What makes this even worse is that management has refused to refund our $800, citing “booking conditions did not provide this option.” This response is incredibly disappointing. Policies aside, the hotel should take ownership when the rooms are unsafe and unlivable. Guests should never be forced to pay for accommodations they cannot use because of hazardous conditions. We truly hope the hotel reconsiders and provides compensation for this mishap. At the very least, we would expect a refund given the circumstances. Travelers deserve to know that if something goes wrong here, management may not make it right.

"Worst Hotel Experience of My Life & Unprofessional Management"

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences my family has ever had. When we arrived, the rooms were completely unacceptable: mold on the walls, a strong sewage odor, and broken stairs that were unsafe to climb. With a 6-month-old and 4-year-old in tow, it was impossible (and dangerous) to stay — we left immediately and never spent a single night. What’s worse than the shocking condition of the rooms is how management handled it: they refused to issue a refund, even though we didn’t stay at all. It’s frustrating, disheartening, and frankly unacceptable that a hotel would treat guests this way. Travelers beware — if you encounter unsafe or unlivable conditions here, don’t expect management to stand behind their promise of hospitality.
