Aris Grand-Place Hotel

My agency chose this hotel for me, booking a single room measuring 2x3 metres, located on the ground floor with a window fitted with iron bars. It was a cramped and depressing room without even a wardrobe, which I had to accept because the hotel was unable to offer me any other options.

The hotel was in a very convenient place, love the location. But the room was dirty and in very poor conditions. I expected more. The service of the staff was excellent though.

Great spot. Close to train station. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was terrific!! Would definitely recommend! Room was clean and the shower was very good!

Great location, very close to grand place. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was the lifts, one was not working and the other, the ground floor button occasionally did not work, which was an inconvenience.

Location location location. This property is not only in a perfect location to any tourist coming to Brussels, but Lloyd’s downstairs is very fresh delicious food! Definitely take advantage of the discounted breakfast offerings upon booking. You will not be disappointed. The only reason I have anything to complain about, is that we were on the first floor near the Main Street. Unfortunately, we had a lot of road noise that came into our room and was quite disruptive. Another random quirk, the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust and would get very humid. All are minor issues, but the key factor was the staff and location for this property. Fantastic highly recommended!

Great little hotel with a wonderful cafe. Location to the Grand Place cannot be beat.
