Club Wyndham Cypress Palms

It was a smooth check-in,and out. Our room was beautiful, and we loved it. The service was very helpful, and polite. We received text messages to inform us if the pool was closed due to lightning. We had a wonderful vacation.

Rooms were big and clean. Love the full kitchen, and separate tub.

No bedside table in the bedroom. The electric plugs were not conveniently by any surface to accomodate phones or computers.

Always good.

From the moment we arrived, service was excelent. The room was as promised, and comfortable for our needs. The only thing that we would point out to improve is that, because of the room design, hallways are located next to the bedroom. As much as we tried, some light entered the room at night, which bothered us while we tried to sleep. Other than that, it was a very lovely stay, in a comfortable room with great service.

The staff and the rooms were excellent. But the property itself needs more amenities, such as cafe, DJ, Bar and etc.

The resort itself is decent. Not high end but a good timeshare swap. However, BE CAREFUL of the timeshare hard sell. They would not give us our room keys until we heard the initial pitch to schedule a timeshare purchase discussion. We were promised a one-week stay at any Wyndham property, so we decided to do it. However, we actually received something far less. They give us access to timeshares through a third-party listing, and then you need to pay an upcharge to visit almost all of the properties. We could have done that on our own through RCI. I tried for months, through their management, to get what we were promised. Everyone was nice but did nothing.
