Club Wyndham Cypress Palms

Booked this property for a few days so we could come up to Orlando to visit Universal. We didn't use any of the amenities just needed a place to sleep! the rooms were great! Nice big 2 bedroom lockoff. Plenty of space for the whole family and clean and just worked really well location wise. Would love to come back and stay and use more of the property!

Our stay was marred by a shockingly rude staff member, less than half my age, at the Activity Center (October 11, 2025). After a text invite for "fun & music," we were scolded like children for using an unmarked door to the fitness center. The staff member shook her finger at us, cut off our explanation, and repeated a dismissive command to exit and go through another door just 5 feet away. It was humiliating. Management was notified agreed that the behavior of the staff member was unacceptable. He then promised to get back with us the next day. He lied. We stayed for three more days and never heard from anyone.

Got to Cypress Palms where my reservation was and was told I had been bumped to another property. Was told a voice mail was left, I never got a call or voice mail. Switch made me miss a lunch reservation I had at Disney. Took almost an hour to finally find this out and get to other location.

We had a very quiet 5 night stay. Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. Room has a lot of what you need already as far as detergents, shampoo, etc. I would come back again. Only downside was the very tiny bathroom as you can barely close the door while in it.

Love this place,this is our 2nd time staying here,it's close to a lot of things,it has a pool and gym on site and washing machine and dryer in the condo,I highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at this property for 20+ years and will continue. They keep up the decor and grounds well. I never have a complaint here. We enjoy the quiet and chill vibes. Very convenient location to everything we do in Orlando area. Some of the older resorts show age however this one is very well maintained.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was a delight. Quiet, great location, quick access to the Disney parks, stores and restaurants nearby. The property is well maintained and clean, the rooms are nicely updated with quality furnishings. My only complaint is they disable your door fobs/pass keys at 10am on the dot. This is frustrating when taking luggage back and forth from the room as someone has to stay behind to open the door. Also in general someone is knocking on your door to come clean at 10am if not a little before on checkout day. This needs to be adjusted. Overall we do plan to stay again, as the price was reasonable for what you get in a room.

I did only have one big problem is when I got to the hotel they tried to upsell me on a timeshare. I have been flying all day and didn't want to be here in about upselling the timeshare. Then when I decided to go to Disneyland then he decided to call me again to upsell me. Probably not the best time to call someone to upsell them and time shares
