Newport Beach Hotel & Suites

The rooms were nice but no black out on the windows. The sunlight would come through the blinds at 5 AM making impossible to sleep past that. Also the hot tub on the roof deck was not working. This is a big feature of the hotel, on the home page of the website and we couldn’t use it

The assistant General Manager Brandon, was a delight to deal with. Made my srtay more than memorable

I think it was ok. The breakfast could have been alot better for the money. No hot foods just basic cereal muffins bagels etc. Everything else about the hotel was amazing. Its just the breakfast totally could have been much better.

Close to the beach. Room was spacious and comfortable

The elevator was broken for most of our stay. The rooftop whirlpool wasn’t working so we couldn’t access the rooftop patio. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee pods for the keurig pot in the room. I had to keep going to the front desk and ask for them. No outdoor grounds to sit outside

I took my daughter and her friend to Newport for a couple days to get away. I like the fact that this hotel had the beach right across the street and was close to the shopping in Newport. The hot tub wasn’t working on the rooftop deck, but that was fine. The elevator also was being repaired on day two of our stay and was out of commission until we left. We did get a text message asking if we would need help with our bags when we left which we didn’t need, but it was nice to know that it was an option if we did need it. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was down for two days. As two Seniors it became hard to come and go from the hotel. Asked for some kind of refund or discount and was refused. Also rooftop hot tub was not working. We were not told about that prior to check-in. 7-10 am breakfast was out of food by 9:30 am

The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful!! Brandon, Kristin, & Milton were wonderful!! I will definitely be booking through Brandon again!! My room had the best views!! Love walking across the street everyday to Easton Beach! I enjoyed the daily breakfast!!

Wonderful hotel. Best location right on easton beach .Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Especially Milton and Michael on the front desk!!!!!

An excellent place to stay to do tours of the Newport "Cottages".

The best views!! Brandon did an excellent job securing my room with these amazing views!! Kristin was incredibly helpful & knowledgeable with all things for my stay here & in Newport!! I can’t wait to come back!!
