We love this hotel. Alley was waiting for us to check in. She was absolutely amazing. She gave us an upgrade which did cost extra but is was on the river front and had a balcony. It is my granddaughters birthday and they brought her an amazing dessert to the room and wrote a sweet little note for her. We love it here!!

A Truly Five-Star Experience in San Antonio! We came to San Antonio for a wild cowboy wedding and were so pleasantly surprised by our recent stay – it truly felt like a five-star experience rather than a four-star! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a feeling of comfort and luxury that made our trip even more special. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptionally friendly staff. Every interaction felt genuine and warm, making us feel like we were coming home each time we walked through the doors. The small talks and personal touches were incredibly appreciated. A special shout-out to Nicole at the front desk – she was an absolute gem! She remembered us every single time we came in, which added such a wonderful personal touch to our stay. We totally enjoyed every aspect of our visit and left feeling refreshed and incredibly well-cared for. We definitely will come back again.
