"Not like the pictures"

The villas were older and dated. Does not look nothing like the pictures on Expedia. What we got vs. what was on the website were night and day. One of the rooms had bed bugs. Yuck!!! Never again will I stay there.

Worms on the floor,towel rack laying on the floor stains on the carpet,coffee pot was a challenge to use,slats on the front door missing at waist level other then that ok

"Hard to Find and Problems with Room"

Very hard to find without GPS. Small nondescript sign very easy to miss. Front desk polite on phone but not effective in directions to the property. Requested second roll away or sofa bed not provided and front desk not helpful with this so one person slept on the sofa. Toilet did not flush. Nice property overall but needs better maintenance and organization.

"Not as advertised!!!"

This was advertised as a Townhouse. Yes, it was a townhouse , what they conveniently forgot to mention is what your getting is the bottom portion which is the garage !!! The two upper floors were locked off!!! In total I paid a hefty $378.00 for a converted garage!!!! This is the first negative review I have ever written. PLEASE don't be fooled like we were!!!

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!"

Please be aware that the photos on expedia of the resort looks nothing like what is truly inside. Check the resort reviews on google before wasting your money. The place with filthy, dirty, dusty and the bathroom had a urine stain and black circle in the toilet. If u chose to stay expected to speak to the General Manager Stacey Dobson, who is rude, indignant and condescending. We tried to get refunded and was told no, she promised to have someone clean, no one ever came. We ended up paying $1200 for 2 nights and had to clean the 3 bedroom ourselves. I will make sure that this resort no longer gets away with this misrepresentation of advertisement... Worst part, we were a family of 8, two of which were small children who were forced to walk around with black feet due to the conditions of the unit. Again, please research this resort via google and input hotel reviews

"Mariner Resort"

We arrived at the property and had issues getting the Key to our condo. Once we got in the unit was dirt carpets and bugs throughout. We phone the person in charge but never received a reply.

"We wasted $700.00"

We were unable to stay in the room they assigned us due to a major odor and mold problem. When we inquired about switching rooms we were given a phone number to an office in Miami. The phone went to voicemail and the woman never bothered to return our calls. After two hours (while sitting outside in 90 degree weather) with hotels.com we were told they couldn't reach the property manager either and we were basically out of luck. Since we couldn't breathe in our room, we were forced to leave and drive back home to Fort Lauderdale. It's been six days, we have not heard back from the resort, despite several calls, nor have we received a refund from the resort. Hotels.com has issued us a partial refund (about 25% of our cost) for the room. I would never recommend this place because if you have an issue with your room you're out of luck, and out of whatever you spent to stay there.

"First room was not 3.5 stars!"

This was a condo resort. Our first room was dirty and not acceptable. The carpets were absolutely filthy, there was hair in one of the drawers in bathroom, a dirty pillowcase on the bed, towel bar torn off the wall and not repaired and the worst thing, there was no door going up in the attic (terrible musty smell). I called and told them it was not acceptable and not a 3.5 star resort. I paid way too much to stay there. They said they had one other unit available and it was turned out to be wonderful. Condo 212 should be taken out of the rental program. Pool was beautiful.

"This hotel was not what it appeared to be online."

The customer service staff was not accommodating to the conditions of the room. I sent pics by email & they sent cleaning staff back the next afternoon. Did not seemed to be concerned at all.
