To begin with, our villa/condo was changed at the last minute with the excuse that the one we were supposed to get was having maintenance done. That wasn't true, they switched our room and gave it to another group. The condo we got was not in great shape, TV's were not in 2 of the bedrooms, there were holes in a couple of walls...master bathroom was not very clean. Noisy Maintenance was being done early morning in the Marina area where the master bedroom was facing. 2 Long flights of steps in this condo....very disappointed.

This Is a lovely villa within an owners complex. Clean and spacious and well appointed for 4-6. Would be a squeeze for the 8 as advertised. Pool area is clean and spacious and plenty of beds. There is no bar or restaurant on site. Expedia bookers need to contact the property before arrival and complete forms and give $500 deposit. Expedia don’t publish this well and didn’t understand when I phoned them to query. Had to resolve myself. That said, we enjoyed the property

Great location, clean and comfy. Missing little things like salt and pepper and coffee filters. These may seem small, but when traveling, they are things that most every place has. Also, there are signs, placards and warnings everywhere about how many of each item are in the condo. I can only imagine that they have problems with people stealing things, but it’s a bit over the top. The view was lovely, and having the little beach and pool right outside of the condo was really nice!

Nice gated resort. Good pool. Centrally located. Very clean & well maintained 1-bdrm condo.

Walls are paper. You can hear someone sneeze next door. Folks moved in the first night next to us and you could hear tgem running around(teenage boys) and moving furniture till 330am

The unit is clean, beautifully furnished and in a great location.

I just had a small problem with communication - didn't get the check in information on time, but the person at the entrance was very nice and courteous and we resolved it. The place is very nice and the pool area is amazing. The suite was very well equipped. We had a wonderful time and I would certainly return and recommend it to my friends.

We thought the property had a balcony. It did not. The condo was large. It had a comfortable bed with beautiful linens. Adequate bath. Nice towels. Well-equipped kitchen. It was close to the pool. No beach access that we saw. The pool is fabulous. The grounds to the development clean and beautiful. Good hot water. Good a/c. It's close to shopping and dining. Close to parks. The condo itself smelled of mildew. We opened the windows and sprayed half a bottle of Febreeze during our stay and notified the management. This helped but didn't completely get rid of it. While the furniture was pretty, the chest of drawers was not functional. The drawers were not anchored on slides and were difficult to open and close. Light out in the frig, and on the microwave. Smoke detector missing from the kitchen. The floors were filthy We vacuumed as soon as we arrived and wore socks. We would stay here again, but not this unit. I would make certain before I booked which unit they planned to book me in. Also, there is a $30 fee to exchange your towels which I thought was nuts. I really liked the keyless entry. We had free parking in front of our unit.

Great space for our needs. Gorgeous pool areas, close proximity to attractions, stores, and restaurants. Check in process was easy. We even got to see manatees in the marina

Spacious townhome for a great price and great decks to hang out on. The pool is a great pool with gorgeous views. Good music playing and lowkey. The marina is cool to walk around and look at. Only complaint is the employees (security) is not the friendliest and if she is not at the gate when you come back, you may have to sit and wait for her to come back to let you in. Only happened once but not fun sitting at a gate waiting up to 5-6 minutes for her to return from her rounds. Should have another way to get in if she is not there to open the gate. Property is very clean and in a convenient location. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Largo.
