Mariner's Club Key Largo by KeysCaribbean

Early November trip and had great weather. High 70s to low 80s. There were 2 cockroach or waterbug (not sure which) inside the condo, but otherwise very clean. The downside was the pool being under construction. I’m assuming damage from Irma. Nothing they could do about that but I was disappointed to find it closed.

Never received code by email to get in as promised, and our guests could not enter for almost two hours before being let in. Security at facility not helpful at all to our guests. We called and received code verbally, but asked that code be emailed. Email came in saying that we would shortly receive a code, but never did. Refrigerator, though clean, smelled of fish. Fans wobbled making noise, so could not use at night. Large pool closed, and landscaping still a mess. Should receive discount due to facilities and grounds damaged by hurricane. Damage is certainly understandable, paying full price is not.

The place was a dump. It took me over an hour on the phone in the morning to get the codes to get into the unit. When they finally answered the phone, they gave me the wrong codes, and I couldn’t get in the unit. There is no onsite management, so there was no one to help. The unit, a one bedroom, which was represented to house four people, had a bed and a pull out couch. here wasn’t even a chair in the tiny living area. Not even enough seats in the living room for 4 people to sit. The grounds were a mess. The place is right off the highway, with much highway noise.

Arrival was strange due to a road closure from Irma but once we got that figured out, all was well. Was hands-off but available management with some communication issues about check-in (was given wrong entry code and couldn't get in initially) but was resolved quickly with a couple phone calls.

Spending time rehabing a flooded house for family. It was a pleasure to retire each night to thus location. Would consider it again for a vacation spot.

I'll make this short. The ad itself is incorrect. It shows a three bedroom but then it's labeled a one bedroom when you get your confirmation. The emails you want to send go to a "noreply" email address. Bad for business. The cost seems cheap until they add everything else on to the cost, which was about another 50% above the daily room rate. The location wasn't good. No view whatsoever. Noisy A/C units out back. Dirty carpets. Too expensive for what we got. Lots of little things here and there. Noisy refrigerator (sounded like the motor was going). Lacked a good check-in process even after several calls. We love Mariner's club and the other units are not really like this.

This is the 3rd time in this resort and i always have a good experience. The apartman is spacious and in good condition. Towels, beach tovels are available, wifi and cable tv is perfect. The only downside is the loud airconditioning. There are 2 pools and they are very nice.

It was perfect. I loved the hotel and everything in it.

the room was stayed in was beautiful and perfect for any boater since marina out the back door. Great restaurants conveniently located nearby.

HOA is very strict, nice place, however our beds felt like jelo and quick sand. I slept on the floor with sofa cushions...
