Excellent location, great view of the ocean.

Balcony door needed fixed, only 1 person at the front desk. Bed was really hard.

I loved that it had 2 pools 1 heated and that I was able to go to the beach right from the back pool. I liked that the room Had a separate bedroom and a bed in the living with a sofabed.It also had 2 balconies.

The room floors were dirty, the sofabed mattress was very old and stained. We were 5 and had to ask for the 2 extra towels and linens. The refrigerator did not work and the office fridge was missing. Had to ask for it. Both pools were dirty. Some walls and floor had holes. Breakfast home fries and coffee were nasty..

I had ask several times about early check in - they could not accommodate my request. at 4 pm when it was time to check in - it was a very slow process - even with a reservation - people were lined up out the door & complaining. Also our room had no ice bucket & when I asked for one at the front desk I was told I would have to wait until morning & get one from housekeeping

We liked the location, free parking, and access to the beach from the pool.

Our rooms sliding glass door was broken and very hard to use. We had a hard time accessing our balcony, which we paid extra for the beach view.

Our room 312 didn’t have running water, the beds were filthy, and we arrived around 1:00am from driving from Georgia. The room smelled like smoke and the staff wasn’t the friendliest either. Me and my family will never stay here again. The pictures online are very misleading. I would like to speak with a manager about a possible refund because this was a terrible experience for me and my family.

Location on the beach, it was facing the water, loved the balcony allowing the breeze from the ocean to enter the room.

One of the two elevators was always broken. Room had a musty smell. The property had a converted extended stay hotel feel instead of a hotel feel. Hotel staff wasn’t very friendly. The general manager of the staff never said a word to me when I was checking in my family and having issues with the booking although he looked directly at me, very unprofessional. The clerk wasn’t very friendly either, although she did communicate much better to get our issues resolved.
