"Probably not be back"

location was nice,

I have stayed here a few times in the past and it was nice but not sure if its different management or what but check in was terrible. We arrived at 3 pm and room was not ready ok check in was at 4pm, we went to get something to eat came back at 4;30 was told room still not ready, Came back finally got our room 2 hours later at 6pm. I find this unacceptable if they had a problem with staff they should let someone know,there were quite q few of unhappy people trying to check in. To add to it the person at the desk was either tired or something she was not concerned about the inconvience to the customers.

Elevator issues people who have pets don’t control them from jumping on guests.

Location

The whole stay was not good, elevator down every day. Pool was shut down for a day. Beds need new mattress and new pillows, so uncomfortable. Hotel needs remodeled, staff were nice and friendly, tried to help but couldn't do much about the elevator.

They would not give more towels for stays less than 3 days and there was 8 of us with 4 kids
