Clean. Beautiful landscaping. Air conditioning worked really well.

Thin walls. Loud neighbors (not the property’s fault). Really uncomfortable sofa making family time not as fun.

Our 3 bedroom was simply awesome, spacious and clean. Our check in process was flawless. So many activities and things on site to participate in. Friendly staff! Comfy beds!

The daddy leg long spiders that we killed in shower! 6 of them. We also heard something in the wall at night making noises and my husband couldn't go back to sleep!

Clean and great location

Paper products are too cheap. Paper towels thin and don't tear good. Toilet paper was awful 😖 dish towels repell water. Pool opens to 10am not early enough. Water pressure wasn't good.

Great amenities on site. The unit was spacious and gave us enough space for everyone.

The beds were not very comfortable and the linens were very rough. Even our 8 year old complained about the discomfort of the sheets.

Really nice when we arrived. Had a lovely time the first day and night.

The people in the apt above us were really loud. We slept very little after they arrived and we decided to leave a day early. So disappointed. We would appreciate a partial refund for the day we lost. It was continued noise till 1am. Noise resumed 6 am Christmas day. We left.

There was an issue with my reservation. The third party sent my reservation to the property manager that was out on vacation so my reservation wasn’t received. The supervisor at the front desk made a few calls to verify and confirm the reservation. She went out of her way to help clean up Someone else’s mistake. She was the true definition of excellent customer service.
