There were crusty socks left on the bedroom floor from the people before us and the kitchen counters and stove were not wiped down..there was what i describe as syrup and brown sugar caked onto the counter and stove..

The woman/employee at the "pick up your parking pass and tries to get you to schedule a timeshare tour" counter got pissed off because I refused to take it. I told her NO a couple of times but she was getting ugly with me! I had to literally get rude after she kept trying to push me to do it. I had to lean over and firmly tell her "I do NOT want to take a timeshare tour. Give me my parking pass!" This was a puke way to start my time at this property. That was the only bad thing. Everything else was great.
