Although I was disappointed with the level of healthy food options (&price) at the hotel itself, the conference side operated smoothly, efficiently & seamlessly.

Overall the nights stay was really good. I also attended a conference the following day and the whole day went very well, the food was good and the overall experience was amazing.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was well-appointed, clean, and provided everything I needed to relax after a busy day. The hotel is situated within a large, enclosed area, which made it feel secure and peaceful throughout my stay. It’s an ideal environment for both business and leisure travellers. The conference facilities were well equipped, organised, and perfectly suited for professional events. Everything ran smoothly, and the setup supported a productive experience. Overall, it’s a reliable choice if you’re looking for comfort, safety, and excellent conference amenities in one location.

Well-received service and the hotel facilities were amazing, treated like VIP's, and a sense of peace and safety was felt.

This hotel blow my mind. I was not expecting such a fabulous hotel or stay. It was our last night on a Tour holiday and what an ending. We ate in the restaurant next door and l have never had such a meal before. The whole experience was truly amazing. The variety of meats on offer fantastic as well as the entertainment. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and we sat on the outside terrace enjoying the sunshine. My tea was served in a teapot how about that. I had to have my photography taken here and thank you to the young man who took my photo. Would love to stay again as fell in love with this fabulous hotel and facilities on offer. The whole complex was well maintained

We stayed here whilst on a tour of South Africa. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and the rooms were clean and tidy. The Jacaranda trees in the grounds were out in their purple blossom and looked beautiful. Nice bar area to meet up with friends.

A very lovely hotel paying attention to fine details in the room . Very helpfull , kind and friendly staff . All in all a great stay . Thank you Indaba .

The hotel service was outstanding. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist. Everything was well-coordinated, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed, making the stay truly enjoyable. A wonderful experience overall — highly recommended.

Stayed at Indaba hotel for 3 nights during a conference and loved everything about it. The facilities, staff and food was really great. I will definitely be back to Indaba in my personal capacity.
