Staff at the check-in was amazing forgot his name but great job

It was a decent room but do not like have to drive over to Buffalo Bill to check in

There was an hour long wait in line to check in. The connection between the 2 properties was non existent so when 1 hotel was fully booked I had to go across the street only to get there and see a sign at the front desk that told me I had to go back to Buffalo Bills to get my key and check in. I will not be back.

You can’t even check into Whiskey Pete’s. They tell you to go to the hotel on the other side of the freeway.

We made reservations for Whiskey Petes Hotel. We arrived in Whiskey Petes to find that the hotel was closed and our room was across the highway at Buffalo Bills. This was not a problem, but our more expensive reservation at Whiskey Petes should have been declined when I reserved 3 days prior. We reloaded our stuff back into our vehicle and drove to the other hotel. The other hotel did not have our paid reservations on their computer ... they took about 5 minutes to find it. The room was nice except that the floor was flooded. The carpet was guishy and water be visible when walking on the carpet. We needed to put on shoes at night to keep our feet dry.

I arrive at Whiskey Pete's and the fron desk has a sign saying check in at their sister hotel Buffalo Bill's across the street. So go over there, find parking, walk a mile to front entrance, go in, and at that point it was 2:45 am and front desk has a sign saying computer and key systems are temporarily down so can't check in til 3am. So wait til 3am and well beyond. No sign of anyone. What an ordeal.

Tub/shower was discusting, soap scum all over.. I spoke to Mary 3 times, said she would request housekeeping, they never showed up.

When you get to Whiskey Pete’s they have NO reception so the sign at the desk tells you to go to Buffalo Bills which is a drive across the freeway. You then have to drive back and find your room. The whole area is run down and very very little facilities. For 200 that I paid, I should of stayed down in Vegas.

Have to go across freeway to check in at Buffalo Bills and drive back to the hotel.
