The remodel is really nice. Rooms are clean and updated. Staff was friendly. The wi fi wasnt very good though? Other than that it was fine. They should put a ramp in from the entry of the garage though to get to the 2nd floor elevators instead of about five steps.? Makes it difficult when you have luggage.

Liked location on Fox river walk. Outdoor bar was nice. Would prefer a pool. Service at restaurant, bar and maid service was poor. Need some training there

The location of this hotel was perfect for access to Waterfest concerts. Located on the Fox River makes for a beautiful background. The hotel itself, was very clean and welcoming.
